New Class Experience: Resilient Executive
Resilient Executive is a new class experience focused on creating a focused and sustainable training environment for working professionals and stay-at-home parents. This 50-minute class is open to any member of our adult program, and is especially beneficial for students ages 30 and up, or for those with tight schedules.
Resilient Executive will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8 a.m. and 12 p.m.

Academy Closed for Resilient Summer Break
