RESILIENT TEENS

Our Resilient TEENS program is designed for teens who want to stay physically active and improve their confidence and mental focus. Our program offers training specific to the unique needs of teenagers as they undergo rapid changes in their lives.

FOR AGES 13 TO 17 YEARS

How we build resilience through jiu jitsu:

  • Improved Strength and Endurance: Building explosive power and cardio capacity

  • Gaining Confidence: Our community environment enforces positive values and reduces intimidation

  • Self Leadership: Learning how to navigate the physical and social changes while transitioning from child to young adult
