RESILIENT WOMEN

Our Resilient WOMEN program is for women who want a platform to learn self defense and practice an empowering sport like jiu jitsu in a positive and practical environment. Our women-only program is co-led by a female Brazilian jiu jitsu instructor.

FOR AGES 16+

How we build resilience through jiu jitsu:

  • Self Defense: Our “Self Defense First” methodology teaches jiu jitsu through the lens of being physically and mentally prepared to protect you and your family

  • Safe Training: Having training partners of a comparable size, strength, and experience level

  • Beginner-Friendly Environment: We remove barriers to begin creating a training environment specifically for women
